By calling the line or using this website, you agree to the following.
1. Adults only
This service is restricted to persons 18 years of age or older. By calling, you represent that you are a legal adult in your jurisdiction.
2. Entertainment service
My Local Chat Lines is a phone entertainment service. We do not guarantee introductions, matches, meetings, or outcomes of any kind. Callers are not screened, verified, or background-checked.
3. Acceptable use
- No harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other callers.
- No solicitation, advertising, or commercial activity on the line.
- No illegal activity of any kind, including any content involving minors — violations are reported to law enforcement.
- We may terminate access for any caller who violates these rules, without notice or refund.
4. Charges
New callers receive a one-time free trial of 5 minutes. Continued use beyond the trial may incur charges, which are disclosed on the line before you are billed. You are responsible for any carrier or premium-call charges from your phone provider.
5. Limitation of liability
You use this service and interact with other callers at your own risk. My Local Chat Lines is not responsible for the conduct of any caller, on or off the line. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
